Rachel joined Pie as a Project Manager in the Forensic Sciences Department. She is a licensed professional engineer in multiple states and brings with her a wealth of experience in forensic engineering. Rachel’s expertise includes evaluation of damages specifically related to foundation movement, water infiltration, vehicle impact, fire, and weather-related events such as hail storms, tornados, hurricanes and floods. In addition, Rachel has performed numerous evaluations of residential and commercial construction failures and provides analysis relative to construction compliance with applicable building codes, construction documents and manufacturer recommendations. Rachel is also able to provide structural repair design services for multiple construction types, including wood, steel, concrete, and masonry.
