Carole’s range of expertise includes building enclosure consulting and enclosure commissioning services; forensic investigations; construction observations for rehabilitation of historic buildings and structures; destructive and non-destructive testing; condition surveys; building envelope assessments, including field performance testing; technical report preparation; and quality assurance consulting for both new and rehabilitation projects. During her career, Carole has assisted in the submittal review process for several large commercial, institutional, and high-rise residential projects. She also has experience in quality assurance consulting of façades and roofing systems. Prior to joining Pie, Carole served as a consultant for a leading national engineering firm in New York City, specializing in diagnosis and repair design for building enclosure failures in contemporary and historic buildings.
