Frank has worked in the field of forensic structural engineering for the past 3 years. Frank's experience includes structural evaluations of single family homes, multi-family structures, commercial structures, and other structures for catastrophe assessments, repair designs, and building and cost consulting for remediation.
Prior to joining Pie, Frank spent more than 17 years working as a structural design engineer. Frank's experience includes the design of new buildings and building renovations using steel frames, load-bearing concrete tilt walls, CMU walls, shallow concrete footings, drilled concrete piers, and driven piles. Frank also has extensive experience in civil works projects designing water and wastewater treatment facilities, retaining walls, and tieback anchors.
In addition, Frank has served for more than 3 years as a Structures Specialist on Texas Task Force 2 Urban Search & Rescue Team. In this role, Frank provides structural assessments of buildings and other structures during incident operations.
