Kade joined Pie Consulting & Engineering in 2014 as a Senior Project Engineer where she provides forensic engineering services and prepares reports and designs which include her recommended repairs for damaged components and property. The clients Kade has worked with include Insurance Companies, Property Managers, Building Owners, Homeowners, and Developers.
Kade’s technical expertise includes assessment of damage caused by water infiltration, wind, hail, and expansive soils. She also has extensive experience with rehabilitation of building enclosures or structures which are past their usable service life. She specializes in failures of brick and stone masonry veneer walls, repair design of both low-sloped and steep-sloped roofs, and analysis and repair of structural failures.
Before joining Pie, Kade started her career in forensic engineering and repair development in Houston, Texas. There, she consulted on hundreds of projects for a variety of clients and building types.
