Biography


Nick recently relocated to Colorado to join Pie as a Project Manager on our Forensic Rehabilitation team. Nick brings with him 10 years of proven experience in structural design of commercial, multi-family, mixed-use, educational, and institutional facilities in multiple states across the country, including hurricane- and seismic-prone regions. Nick's experience further includes the assessment and development of rehabilitation and repair design solutions for existing facilities in the built environment. In addition, Nick has extensive experience in managing and performing special inspections mandated by the International Building Code.

Throughout his career, Nick's initiative, attention to detail, communication and organizational skills have allowed him to lead teams and successfully manage a wide variety of high-profile projects. He is dedicated to providing a holistic project approach - working to determine the root cause of clients' concerns, delivering high-quality deliverables; and collaborating with clients on projects from inception to completion.
