Before joining Pie, Patrick held the position of Brewer at Golden City Brewery, where he was responsible for the brewing, kegging and bottling processes at Golden, Colorado’s second largest brewery. He also medaled at the Great American Beer Festival in 1996. His brewing expertise includes the installation of a glycol cooling system for 40-bbl fermentation tanks.
