Biography


Scott recently joined Pie as Vice President of Forensic Sciences. Scott's professional engineering licensure in 17 states, 16 years of experience in various areas of civil engineering, as well as his LEED registration reinforce the strength of the forensic engineering team at Pie. His background includes expertise in project management, engineering design, site development, cost estimating, project scheduling, jurisdictional coordination and construction and bid administration services. Scott also has extensive experience in analysis and investigation of many residential, commercial and industrial site issues, including weather damage assessments, foundation settlement analysis, grading and drainage, storm water management system assessments and construction defect determinations.

His leadership and management approach enable team members to enhance their areas of expertise.
