Biography


Scott’s Gamber’s forensic investigations include root cause analysis of structural, civil, and building envelope failures for single-family and multi-family buildings. His analyses are accomplished through field observations and building envelope performance testing (including stucco, stone, brick, sidings, sealants, windows, roofing materials, etc.), as well as mathematical engineering analysis and computer modeling.

He investigates structural, civil, and other construction defect claims for clients including attorneys, insurance companies, homeowners, property management companies, building owners, developers, and general contractors.
