Biography


Scott has more than 15 years of experience in construction and building design. He has extensive knowledge of structural and cladding systems and has contributed as a designer and project manager to major commercial, university, and military projects across the country. Scott joined the Pie team in 2014 and consults on a wide range of building science services. Scott provides turn-key consulting solutions for a variety of projects, beginning with design reviews and continuing with construction observations and testing. His enclosure testing expertise includes field performance testing of major curtain wall systems and fenestrations, air barrier testing, Electronic Leak Detection (ELD), and he is especially skilled in building diagnostics.
