Biography


Mr. Peterson is a licensed structural engineer with a wide range of expertise including evaluation of retail, commercial and industrial facilities, both as a design engineer and as a consultant in structural design review and failure analysis.

Tom brings more than 34 years of combined experience in the fields of large commercial, industrial, and structural design and failure analysis, as well as rehabilitation structural design. He has worked on projects throughout the United States and the Caribbean, and has provided emergency response and recommendations on building failures in catastrophe events.

In addition to design and failure analysis expertise, Tom has extensive experience in the evaluation of existing buildings and properties and has provided recommendations regarding capital expenditures.
