Tyler Schwein joined Pie Consulting & Engineering in 2010 and serves as a Forensic Specialist where he provides a multitude of forensic engineering services for attorneys, insurance companies, general contractors, municipalities, and building owners.
Tyler’s technical expertise is in the field of mechanical engineering, performing numerous investigations pertaining to mechanical systems, product liability, and fires and explosions. In addition, Tyler’s vast forensic investigation experience has included building envelope consulting and structural investigations.
Tyler has written articles for several industry publications including Colorado Claims Magazine, The Subrogator, Claims Management Magazine, and Property Loss Research Bureau Front Lines Newsletter.
Prior to joining Pie, Tyler operated and maintained heavy machinery while working as a Turf Maintenance Technician for the South Suburban Parks and Recreation District in Colorado.
