The new, $145 million dollar energy-efficient building will be part of a 9-building complex that will have ample space to accommodate the growing diplomatic team that will occupy the building.

Pie will perform the following services:

  • Peer review of building enclosure design
  • Consultation on air barrier materials and systems
  • On-site mock-up testing
  • Construction quality assurance observations
  • Whole building air tightness testing and diagnostic evaluation

“This is a great opportunity for Pie to continue our relationship with ECC International on a high-profile project in an up and coming part of the world that few have ever heard of, much less traveled to.  Our previous projects with ECC have been very successful and I have no doubt that the Embassy project will follow suit, albeit halfway around the world!”
– Brian Erickson, P.E., RRC, Principal.
