Pie’s Chris Moulder to Present at High Rise Manager’s Forum

The Dallas Forth Worth chapter of the Community Associations Institute has tapped Pie Consulting & Engineering’s Texas Division Manager Chris Moulder to speak at its annual High Rise Manager’s Forum on June 2.

The forum is an annual event presented by CAI’s DFW chapter designed to provide educational programming tailored to the specific needs of mid- to high-rise managers.

Mr. Moulder will be speaking on building envelope and structural issues experienced with high rise buildings and how to mitigate them. These issues can include balcony and window leaks as well as parking garage issues.

“I’m honored to have the opportunity to lend our expertise to the elite professionals who keep these unique properties running smoothly,” Moulder said. “Knowledge is critical, and we hope to be a valuable resource to them by empowering them to avoid potential problems.”

Pie, a Colorado-based forensic and building science engineering firm, works on both new construction, existing building investigations and rehabilitation design and oversight on high-rise buildings nationwide.
