Pie Consulting & Engineering announced today that the company is joining Lerch Bates Incorporated (LBI) as a new subsidiary, effective January 1, 2020. Founded in 1999 and celebrating its 20th year in business, Pie provides building science, forensic engineering, and assessment & design services. In association with Lerch Bates, Pie will become a 100% Employee Owned Company, providing a legacy for existing and future employees.

On Wednesday, September 25th, a four-person team from Pie Consulting & Engineering completed a day-long service project to benefit the Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity program in Hugo, MN. The project consisted of constructing a duplex townhome building as part of eight townhomes that were completed. These are the first of the 33 Habitat homes that will be built in Hugo.
