The Charles Schwab Denver Service Center consolidates its 2,000 Denver-area employees into a $230 million campus. Developed in two phases, the 32-acre campus consists of a retail branch, three, 5-story office buildings totaling 187,500 GSF each, the Amenities Center, and two parking garages. The Amenities Center is the heart of the campus, and the offices surround and connect to it. Within this building is a cafeteria, designed to serve nearly 700 people at the peak hour during the work week, a training center, and support spaces. The Amenities Center is the area where Schwab can host large gatherings for the employees and for the community.
