Biography

Matt has over 16 years of building enclosure experience as a Project Engineer and Project Manager with Pie and, formerly, with the U.S. Coast Guard. His responsibilities including oversight of Pie’s building science group operations which provides design development assistance, hygrothermal modeling and analysis, plan and specification reviews, contractor training seminars, quality assurance observations, functional performance testing, and building enclosure commissioning (BECx).

His project experience includes new construction and major renovation / projects throughout the country and abroad.

Matt has presented at events sponsored by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the National Institute of Building Science National BEST3 Conference, and the National Institute of Building Science Building Enclosure Council (Denver Chapter). He is published in the Society of American Military Engineers TME publication.
