Biography

As Project Accounting Specialist, Suzanne evaluates and tracks financial data and collaborates cross-functionally with Project Managers and Program Management to maintain budgetary control of assigned projects. In this role, Suzanne is responsible for company accounting practices in two states and managing over 500 active projects. This includes set up of new projects with contracted budget, scope of services, applicable profit center, rate table and billing requirements, collaboration with administrative staff regarding contract documents, overseeing day-to-day accounts payable and receivable functions, weekly expense report & timesheet review, month-end close responsibilities, preparation of staff utilization reports, and preparation of final invoice packages for all billable projects.
