Joe brings nearly 20 years of forensic engineering experience to his role at Pie and enjoys the challenge of communicating complex technical issues in a clear and easy to understand way. Joe has investigated a broad spectrum of structure-related issues ranging from bridge collapses to excessive concrete slab deflection to wood framing failures.
He has provided an equally broad range of services for his clients, including determinations of the cause and extent of damages, recommendations for mitigation and remediation, repair design, and litigation support. Joe has published several papers and articles relevant to forensic engineering practice and enjoys coaching and mentoring other professionals.
Joe enjoys spending spare hours playing and recording music with friends and traveling with his wife.
